This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube(s) of choice
I used the fairies found in the kit Fairytopia
Scrap kit of choice - I used Fairytopia
Scrap paper of choice - you can get by with using flood fill tool
Frame of choice
Decorative elements of choice
Fence of choice
Flowers of choice
Leaves of choice
Butterflies of choice
Doodle of choice
Font of choice

Everything used in this tutorial is from the kit called Fairytopia by me. It can be found HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open 600 x 600 canvas. Open doodle of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Place in the upper right hand corner.(see my tag as example)
Duplicate this layer. Mirror. Duplicate this layer. Flip. Duplicate this layer. Mirror.
You should end up with a sort of frame.(again see my tag as example)
Add a soft dropshadow of choice to these for layers.

Open frame of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Click inside the middle with your magic wand. Modify, expand x4.
Open scrap paper of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Selections invert delete. Selections none.
Move this layer directly below the frame layer. Click back on the frame layer.
Click inside the middle with your magic wand. Modify expand x4.
Open fence of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Selections invert delete. Selections none.
Move this directly beneath the frame layer, on top of the filled middle layer.
Add a soft dropshadow of choice to this layer.
Open stem of leaves of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Rotate it so it is almost lying flat horizontally.
Now duplicate this layer as many time as you need to
playing around with moving it etc to form grass.(see my tag as reference).
When happy merge the "grass" layers together. Duplicate. Hide the duplicate for now.
Move the original grass layer below the fence layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
Unhide the duplicate "grass layer".
I ended up duplicating this layer again for depth but it is up to you.
Arrange it so it is in front of the fence slightly down from the grass in behind the fence.
When happy with the placement add a drop shadow of choice to this grass.
Move this grass below the frame layer but above the fence layer if you have not done so already.
Now click on the frame layer.
Click inside the middle with your magic wand. Modify expand x4. Invert.
Click on each of the grass layers once to remove the excess sure to be hanging out. Selections none.

Open doodle of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Arrange on the frame how you like it. When happy duplicate and mirror.
Merge these 2 layers visible. Add a soft drop shadow of choice.
Move the layer directly below the frame layer.
Click back on the frame layer.
Click inside the middle with your magic wand. Modify expand x4. Invert.
Click on the doodle layer and hit delete once. Selections none.

Open flowers of choice. Copy and paste each as a new layer.
Decorate in a line on your fence. I alternated with sizes in the line to give it more depth.
When happy merge all flowers together visible.
Add a soft dropshadow of choice.
Ensure this layer is directly below the frame layer.
Click back on your frame layer.
Click inside the middle with your magic wand. Modify expand x4. Invert.
Click on the flower layer and hit delete once. Selections none.

Open butterflies of choice. Copy and paste each as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Now decorate inside your frame.
Create a fairytopia scene, background you name it with how you want it to look.
When happy add a soft dropshadow of choice to each layer.

Open tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
I used the clip art from the fairytopia kit.
You can use whatever works for you.
Arrange how you want it to look outside the frame.
Add a drop shadow of choice when happy.

Add your text where you are happy.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Apply any appropriate copyright information.
Save as a jpeg or png and you're done.
