Everything except the template used in this tutorial is from the kit called Botanical Garden by me. It can be found HERE or HERE
The template can be found HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open 600 x 600 canvas. Open template. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
I used a scrap paper of choice here for the color but you may choose one from the tube itself.
I will explain as I did it.
Open scrap paper of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Click on the template. Selections, all, float, defloat. Selections invert.
Click on the scrap paper and hit delete once. Selections none.
Open new scrap paper again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Click on the template you just made. Selections, all, float, defloat.
Modify expand x2. Selections invert.
Click on the new scrap paper. Delete. Selections none.
Move this layer directly beneath the template.
Delete the template layer you used to add the colour to.
Add a soft dropshadow of choice to the second template layer.

Take your magic wand and click inside the middle of the templates. Modify expand x5.
Open a scrap paper of choice that would work as a sky colour.
(or you can use a fill colour of choice.)
Resize as needed. Selections invert, delete. Selections none.
Move this filled layer below both templates.
Repeat this process except make it so that it is grass coloured.
Make sure the green coloured layer is directly above the sky coloured layer.
Using your lasso tool simply outline how you want the grass to look.
(see my tag for example).
When happy selections invert delete on the grass layer.
Now you might want to feather the grass slightly so it doesn't look so harsh on the blue background.
(see my tag as example)

Open your decorative elements. Copy and paste each as a new layer. Resize as needed.
**I made them slightly smaller then normal for within the frame.
The general idea is you want the scene to come spilling out of the frame.
So you can always adjust your sizes accordingly.**
Ensuring you are working on a seperate layer each time,
arrange whatever flowers, trees etc you want inside the template.
When happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to each layer.

Open the decorative tufts of grass you used again.
Copy and paste these as a new layer.
Resize again, but leave them slightly bigger then what you just used.
You want to arrange them on the bottom of the template and spilling down from the template itself.
Open trellis. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Now copy and paste as a new layer each time
the same flower decorations you used a few mins ago.
Only make them a bit bigger this time.
Decorate from the template to in front of the trellis.
(see my tag as an example)
When happy add a soft dropshadow of choice to each layer.

Open up bow of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Arrange in the corner of the template.
Add a soft drop shadow of choice.
Duplicate and place a bow in the remaining corners.

Open any remaining decorative elements of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
I added birds to the tag. Add a drop shadow of choice to each layer.

Open tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Arrange how you want it to look on the tag.
Add a drop shadow of choice when happy.

Add your text where you are happy. Add drop shadow of choice.
Apply any appropriate copyright information.
Save as a jpeg or png and you're done.
