The scrap kit used in this tutorial is called Tea Party by me. It can be found HERE or HERE
My supplies can be downloaded HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open 700 x 500 canvas. Open template from supplies. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if you choose.
Now you can either floodfill with a color of choice or use a scrap paper of choice here.
I used paper. I will explain as I did.
Selections all float defloat. Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Selections invert delete. Selections none. Delete original template layer.
Take your magic wand. Click inside one of the template squares. Selections modify expand x4.
Open second scrap paper of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Selections invert delete. Move this layer directly below the template layer.
Repeat this exact process to the other side of the template.
When happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to the template layer.

Open ribbon of choice. I used a ribbon wrapper but it is your call. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Arrange it so that it wraps the left hand template.
When happy with the placement and sizing add a drop shadow of choice.

Open Butterfly of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Now I decided to use 2 here to give it a layered look.
I`ll explain as I did. Rotate right 15 degrees.
Arrange it near the top of the template that you just added the ribbon wrapper to.
Lower the opacity to about 65% (or your preference).
Open 2nd butterfly of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Resize slightly smaller then the first time. Do the same rotation.
Arrange it so that it is directly centered on the first butterfly.
You will see antanee sticking out from the bottom butterfly.
I removed this so it was just the extra wing girth you saw.
Add a soft drop shadow of choice to both butterfly layers.

Open flowers of choice. Copy each and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Decorate the opposite template as you wish.
When happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to each flower layer.

Open circular frame of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Arrange dead center of the template. Click inside the center with your magic wand.
Selections modify expand x4. Open paper of choice.
Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed.
Selections invert, delete. Selections none.
Move this layer directly below the circular frame.

Open tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Arrange directly beneath the circular layer, on top of the layer you just filled.
Remove any excess hanging outside the circle.
Add a drop shadow of choice to this layer.
Click on the circle frame. Add a drop shadow of choice to this layer.

Now here I opened a flower of choice. I placed it in my tube`s hand.
Of course this does not mean that you will be able or want to do this.
If your tube allows it then this where it is done.
If not you can simply skip this step.
Take your rounded rectangle selection tool. Draw a slightly smaller rectangle then what the template it.
New layer. Fill with a color of choice. Selections none. Guassian blur 45.
Move this layer to the bottom. Duplicate.
Apply vm extravaganza transmission, whatever settings you wish.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 8-10.
Click on the original blurred layer and lower the opacity to 60-64%.
New layer. Fill with white. Send to the bottom.

Add your text where you are happy now. Apply any appropriate copyright information.
If you do not wish to animate simply save as you are happy.

To animate:

Hide the 2 blurred layers and white you layer you just made. (should be the bottom 3 layers)
Merge visible everything else. Hide the newly merged layer.
Merge visible these 3 layers.
Take your rounded rectangle selection tool again and draw a similiar size shape you just did on the blurred merged layer.
Duplicate x3 for 4 in total. Hide the top 3 copies and work on the original.
Apply the filter constellation, whatever settings you like best.
A little or a lot of stars doesn`t matter. Your preference.
Do NOT deselect until all 4 layers are done.
You want to keep the stars in their box so to speak.
Do this to the remaining layers, changing only the random seed each time.
When done selections none.
Duplicate the top layer x3 for 4 in total now.
Merge these layers together to be left with 4 in total. Save as a psp file.

Open animation shop. Find the file you just saved. Open it.
Open the animated butterfly if you choose to add it.
I added it to my flower in her hand. Again this is optional.
If you do, then you already have 4 layers so it is just a matter of getting it in there.
On the tag you created edit select all frames. Do the same on the butterfly.
Then control button, click A C,
then click back on the tag control button A E and voila.
You have the freedom to place the butterfly where you want.
Place it and release the mouse button.
Set all the frame speeds to 30 as the butterfly was or your preference.
Hit play. If happy save as a gif and you`re done.
