Ok let's get started...

Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white.
First we are going to do the background,
open one of your papers you wish to use for this resize and minimize,
open now the frame2, resize to fix in your canvas,
copy and paste as a new layer, selection, select all, float, add a new layer and fill with the background you just open,
you can delete the layer with your frame 2 now, we are not longer going to use it,
with your magic wand select the inside of the new frame we have done,
add a new layer, move down, and fill with the same background,
deselect and merge dow those two layers, duplicate,
at the original one, apply Gaussian Blur, Radius 3,
move to your copy and add a new layer and apply some brushes if you like.

Open the shadowbox and resize,
copy and paste in your canvas as a new layer,
move a little to the right part of your canvas, duplicate,
at the original layer apply Gaussian Blur, Radius 3, and duplicate this layer,
add a shadow to your box, and now the fun part!
Add any tube and embellishment to your boxes remember is what a girl dream for lol,
I just had lot of fun decorating this

That is it, add your tube and your name and a shadow to your layers if you wish.

Add the copyright and save as a png, and you are done.
