Scrapkit by Cathy, called Let It Snow
Snow animation, here: I made this snow http://rapidshare.com/files/164688353/My_snow.mng.html
Fonts of your choice

The scrapkit I used was called Let It Snow by Cathy. It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white.
Open and resize the window that comes in the kit, paste as a new layer into your canvas,
with your magic wand select the middle part, expand by 5 and fill with a paper or your choice, I used paper2,
also resize and paste as a new layer the tree and the snow drift, and the icicle,
look my tag for references where to put it.

Add any other embellishments to your window, and post the tube to the down part of the window, put some pillows, resize and rotate them.

Back to your white background add a new layer and put some brushes or use here a mask with one of the papers colorize to match your tag.

Add your copyright and your name, also a soft shadow to all your layers.

Animation, when your tag is done, close all the layers until you have only the background, the mask, the paper and the tree,
copy merge, open animation shop, and open the snow given or other of your choice,
duplicate your tag until a total of 17 frames, copy your snow, back to your work select all,
and paste into selected frames, back to psp, close the open layers and open the one you closed before,
copy merge, go to AS, duplicate until a total of 17 frames select all, copy,
go to your work, select all, and paste into selected frames.

Save as a gif and you are done.
