Ok let's get started...

Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white.
Open the pocket, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer.
Open the leaves, resize as well, copy and paste into your canvas
as a new layer move the left part of your pocked and move down it, duplicate and mirror,
duplicate again and rotate for 90 degrees left,
move to the top of the pocked,
but keep the layer down, duplicate and mirror.

Open the tree, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
rotate for 90 degrees left move the left down part of your pocked and move down it, duplicate and mirror.

Open one of the flowers resize, copy and paste into your canvas and post in the middle of the top leaves,
keep the layers down the pocket layer.

Open and resize the ribbon 2, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
now arrange layers move up, and move the ribbon right at the top of the pocket.

Open the sig 2, resize, copy and paste into your tag as a new layer and move to the middle part of the pocket,
you need to put your tube here, duplicate, move the original down the sig,
and the copy up the sig, and delete the unwanted parts, so the tube looks like is inside the sig.

Add any other embellishments of your choice, and a soft shadow to all your layers.

For the name I used foreground white and background a paper of your choice and give a soft shadow as well.

Add your copyright. Save as png and you are done.
