This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of your choice I used artwork by Bez Boardman. To use this artwork please visit HERE Scrapkit by Kristi, called First Love Font: Champignon The scrapkit I used was called First Love by Kristi. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white. Open the heartmat, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer, move to the left and a little bit to the top of your canvas, duplicate and move down and to the right. Open the glitterheart, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer, duplicate, to the first layer give a blur of Radius 15, add noise, Random, 90, monochrome. Open and resize the circlematframe, post into your tag, in the middle, with your magic wand select the middle of the frame, open and resize the rain, post into your canvas, move down the frame, inverse the selection and hit delete in your keyboard. Deselect. Open the heartbox, resize, copy and paste into your tag as a new layer and move to the left, add some petals into it. At this point add your tube, and move to the right part of your tag. Resize the roses and arrange them as you wish, add any other embellishments if you wish. Give to all your layers a soft shadow. Write your name and add the copyright. Save as a png and you are done.
