The scrapkit I used was called In Dreams by Kristi. It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white.
Open the frame2, and resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer.
Open the decorback2, do not resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer move down.
Select your frame layer, with your magic wand set to Feather 20, click outside the frame, back to the background layer hit delete.
You will see a nice blur in there.

Open your decorback1, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer; should be behind the frame,
with your magic wand set to 0 Feather click inside the frame,
Selection, Modify, Expand by 5, Invert the selection,
back to your decorback1 hit delete. At this point add your tube.

Open the gemdoodle, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
move to the top left of your tag and move down just up to the white background,
duplicate, mirror and Flip.

Add any other embellishments of your choice now, I used the amazing roses for the right part,
and also the dairy , some blooms, leaves and key for the left part,
just have fun and personalize as you wish friends,
the dairy I rotate 15 degrees right,
and I wrote the name there I added a cut out with these settings :
Vertical and Horizontal 1, Opacity 70, Blur 2, Shadow color,
a darker color than the one you used to write your name and match the tag,
and Fill interior with, a lighter color.
Add shadow with this settings:
1 1, 65, 2 color white.

Give a soft shadow to all your layers as well.

Add your copyright. Save as png and you are done.
