This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube(s) of choice Tube is the art of Popeye Wong which you can get free on his site. www.popeyewong.com Other supplies used the scrap kit by Ellen Massey Called Parplus one Font of choice The scrapkit I used was called Par Plus One created by Ellen. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open up a blank canvas 600x600 Using the paper or color of your choice draw out a circle in the middle of your canvas using your elipse preset shape. Draw another circle using your foreground color and making your background color null. Draw a border around the circle that you just created. Next go back to your background fill and draw another circle to make the background of your tag. Make this a blue color of choice for your sky. Add some clouds in the circle and place your elements around your tag where you like them. Add a shadow to each of the elements. Next after you have your tag the way you like it. Add your text to your tag and save your tag Thanks for trying my tutorial.
