This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Steve Baier. To use this artwork please visit UpYourArt ScrapKit by Lynn , called Unforgettable Vix_Mask 26 Font of choice The scrapkit I used was called Unforgettable by Lynn. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Dropshadow 2 2 5 5 Open image 600 x 600, fill with white New Layer, select all, Open paper 5 and paste into selection select none add mask, merge group resize mask by 110 % Open Lace Frame Resize by 25 % once and then 75 % Click inside frame with magic wand and expand by 4 open paper 4 and resize invert and hit delete open tube and place where you want like mine, see tag, and the duplicate move one on top and below frame the one below hit delete while still inverted select none, take your eraser and remove on the top the part you don`t want showing. Open Glitter Strands resize to your liking on these and add behind your tube I moved mine around a bit to get what I wanted, but inside the frame. Open Fancy Bow 1 and resize by 25% and then by 75 % rotate by 15 degrees to the right place to the top right . Open Flower 3, resize to fit on top of bow Open Pewter Sign Resize by 25 % then by 75 % click in side the sign expand by 4 new layer and flood fill with black and move under the sign, dropshadow pewter sign Ok go ahead here and add water marks we are gonna start animation lol resize by 90% all layers Copy and past just the black little tag you just made (not the sign yet ) into animation Go Effects and Insert Text whatever you want to write Marquee I use custom color gray so it would show up better 7 frames now go back to PSP and get just the Pewter Sign ok this will be easy won't sound like but it is open an new image in animation 500 x 500 dupilcate it as many times as the little marquee you just made and copy paste it on it Now do the same with the pewter sign and place on top of the marquee and crop leave there for now Back to Psp on the Glitters Strands add DBS flux 25 copy merge into animation back undo flux 30 copy merge flux35 copy merge now u have 3 layer Select all 3 layer copy paste after current layer do that till you have 9 layer thats what I got on mine Marquee you want it to match now go back to Marquee selelct all copy paste on top of the one on your tag and I set my speed at 35 or you can slow it down the higher the speed the slower it will go. your done lol |
