Ok let's get started...

Open up a white canvas 600x600
Open your frame of choice and place this in the middle of your canvas.

Using your magic wand tool click inside of your frame
and go to selections modify expand by 2 and place your picture of choice in your frame.

Open your faeries and resize them as needed.
Placing one on each side of your frame. Add a shadow of choice to the faeries.

Next open up your faerie dust and place this where desired on the pictures lightening the opacity if desired.

Open your butterflies and resize them as needed and place them all around inside of your frame around the flowers.

Open the Bourne flowers that are supplied in the kit and place them around the bottom area of the picture under your frame layer.
Add a shadow to the flowers.

Next place your tube of choice in the middle of the frames as your top layer and add a drop shadow of choice.

After you have this done, place your colored leaves on the back of your frame.
Rotate them as needed to make them straight up and down.
Place them all around the back of the frame.

Next using your rectangle preset shape draw rectangles vertical and horizontally around the back of the leaves.
Add a shadow of choice.
