This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube(s) of choice

Kit or supplies of choice, I love you Faerie much. This is a colab kit created by me and Cathy Cher.

The scrapkit I used was called I love you Faerie much. This is a colab kit created by me and Cathy Cher.

Ok let's get started...

Open up a white canvas 600x600
Place your bracket or frame of choice in the middle of your canvas.
Click inside of the frame with your magic wand tool and go to selections modify expand by 2.
Add a new layer and flood fill with a color of choice.

Keeping your marching ants around the inside of your frame add your clouds as a new layer.
To remove any clouds that might be outside of the frame go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Next open up your rainbow and place this where desired around the clouds.
Open up another set of clouds and place one at each end of the rainbow.

Next open up your tree and place this at the edge of your frame either on the left or right side. Add a shadow of choice.

Place your hill as as new layer, Place this layer just below the frame layer and then duplicate the layer.
Place the other hill just above your first hill to make it look as if the picture
is 3D and it looks like the picture could go on forever.

Next place your mushrooms where desired and add any other embelishments you like inside of your tag.

Add your bench and place this below the tree. Add a shadow of choice.

Place your tubes where desired.

Add text where desired and animate if desired

Save your tag and you are done
