This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of your choice
I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit HERE
Scrapkit by Kristi, called Gingertown
Filter: Eye Candy 5, Nature
Fonts of your choice: Candy Cane

The scrapkit I used was called Gingertown by Kristi. It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white.
Open Candy1, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
duplicate this layer and Rotate free rotate 10 degrees right,
duplicate this last layer, and Rotate free rotate 10 degrees right.
You should have 3 Candy layers.

Open Candy, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer move a little below to the top of the Candy1,
duplicate, Rotate, Free rotate, by 90 degrees, move to the left part of your tag, duplicate and mirror.
Open wrap1, resize copy and paste into your tag as a new layer and move down.
With your selection tool set to rectangle draw a large rectangle,
add a new layer and move down the wrap and the Candy’s, but up the 3 Candy1,
fill with a color or paper of your choice. Deselect.

With your selection tool draw a small rectangle in the down part of the previous you did, add a new layer,
Apply Filter Eye Candy 5, Nature, Snow Drift, en Settings looks for:
Large, Rooftop Accumulation.
Deselect and colorize the snow if you wish.
At this point decorate your town as you wish, I put the house, the trees, the train and 2 Rudolf.

Also decorate your frame made with the Candy’s.
Post the tube you wish to use and give to all the layers a soft shadow.

Add your copyright and your name.

Animation: Close the Candy layers 2 and 3, keep open Candy 1,
Copy merge your tag and paste as a new layer in your AS, back to psp, close Candy layer 1,
and open snow layer 2, go to AS and paste after selecte frame,
do the same with the last Candy layer.

Save as a gif and you are done.
