Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of your choice
I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit HERE
Scrapkit by Kristi, called Winter With The Angels
Font: Evanescence

The scrapkit I used was called Winter With The Angels by Kristi. It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white.
Open a paper of your choice for the frame, with your rectangle tool, just foreground, width 30
draw a large rectangle in the middle of your canvas, convert to raster layer,
with your magic wand select inside the frame, add a new layer, move down, Selection, Modify, Expand by 4
fill with the starry background, do not deselect, open the clouds, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer
, move down a little bit, Invert the selection and hit delete in your keyboard. Deselect.

Keep selected the layer with starry background.
Open and resize the gate, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer move down the clouds, a little bit,
open and resize the rose boarder, put one to each side of the gate.
Open the little angel, resize and post into your tag, duplicate and put one on each side of the gate,
at this point add your tube, should be behind the gate sending kisses.

With the rose boarder, resize, decorate the frame, add also the ribbon and the bow.
For the word art I used eyecandy 3 to give that different look.

Duplicate the rose boarder, that is decorating the frame, and move down,
but up to the white background, give a blur of 5 to each one.

Give to all your layers a soft shadow. Write your name and add your copyright.

Save as a png and you are done.
