This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of your choice I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit AMI Scrapkit by Kristi: Noah and the Arc Font of your choice I am using: BalloonDExtBol The scrapkit I used was called Noah and the Arc by Kristi. It can be found HEREor HERE Ok let's get started... Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white. Open the bible and resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer, give a shadow, with your Freehand Selection Tool, set to Point to point, carefully select all around the left page of the bible, add a new layer and fill with a light blue color, apply some clouds if you wish and Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radios 5, apply, do the same with the right page of the bible. We will work first with the left part, resize all the elements and minimize carefully copy and paste them in your canvas and move to the top of the left page, first the ark, and add the animals all you wish, I used some that comes in the kit and others tubes from Gorjuss. Also put the words at the left top of the page and the cloud if you wish. Once happy with the look of your page, back to the sky layer the first one you made, select, Selection all, Selection float, select the top of your embellishments and add a new layer, grab your Airbrush tool with these settings: Size 100, hardness 50, step 10, Density 2, Thickness 90, opacity 40, Blend mode Dissolve, with a white color from the background apply several times in the layer that is selected, now Blur, Motion Blur, with this settings: Angle 215, Strength 40, apply. Do not deselect, add a new layer and do the same applying first the Airbrush in different parts and them the Motion Blur. Add a new layer and once more apply the Airbrush and Motion Blur as before. Deselect. We are done with this part. Now we move to the right part of the Bible, add the ark and the animals and also the water as you wish, the rainbow resize and copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the page, grab your selection tool, in rectangle mode, Feather 15 and make a rectangle at the down part of the rainbow just the both sides at the end, Blur Gaussian Blur, Radios 5 apply. Add the sun. Once you have decorated this part and you are happy with it, select the sky layer, duplicate by 3, select the first one, Effect, Illumination Effects, with these settings: #fefdcc, Brightness 50, Horizontal 50, vertical 24, Density 51, Brightness 80, Circles Brightness 80. For the second and third layer apply the same settings but increase, the Brightness to 52 and 54. Add your copyright and your name, for the name I used Texture effects sculture. Animation: Lock the visibility of all your rain layers, but the first one, and the first one of the Illumination effects, Copy Merge and open AS, paste as a New Animation, back in psp, lock the visibility of your first rain and Illumination effects layer, open the second rain and Illumination effects layer Copy Merge, back to AS paste after current frame, do the same with the last layer of your rain and your Illumination effects, until you have all your frames in AS. You are done, save as a gif. |
