Rotate slightly to the side. Set a color of choice to your foreground. Using your rectangle preset shape, hide the background layer. Set the width to 10 or whatever you like. Draw out a rectangle the will outline the inner area of the frame.(see my tag as example) Rotate it the same way as you did the frame. Play around with the size if need be. Convert to raster when happy. Open tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange it if possible so that it looks like it is coming out of the frame. Add a soft drop shadow of choice to the tube. Click on the rectangle layer you drew. Take your magic wand and click inside the rectangle. Selection modify expand x6. New layer. Use either a scrap paper of choice or color to fill this layer. Selections none. Send this layer to the bottom. Click back on the top layer. Open ribbon wrapper of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange it to go over the rectangle you created. Add a soft drop shadow of choice when happy. Add a soft drop shadow of choice to both the rectangle and the frame itself now. Open doodle of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. You won`t want to resize the first time too small as this first one is bigger then the second. Arrange to the side of the frame however you like.(see my tag as example) Copy and paste the same doodle as another new layer. Resize smaller then the first time. Mirror. Arrange opposite to the first one.(see my tag as example) When happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to both doodle layers. Open circle template I provided in supplies. Copy and paste as a new layer. Arrange it on the bottom of the frame.(see my tag for example) Fill with the color of choice. Click inside the circle template layer with your magic wand. Add a soft drop shadow of choice to the tube layer. Repeat this exact same process with the circle template on a new layer with a tube. I overlapped the second circle template very slightly.(see my tag as example) When happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to both circle templates. Open butterfly of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange wherever you want it to be. I did this a few times to make it look like the butterflies were landed around the tag.
