This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube(s) of choice
I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit HERE
Kit or supplies of choice, Castles in the Sky kit by Cathy Cher
Template #19 by Pooker which you can get at her blog HERE
Font of choice

The scrapkit I used was called Castles in the Sky kit by Cathy Cher
It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open up your template and remove the background and copyright information.
Click on the back circle shape go to selections select all float then defloat.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill this layer with the paper or color of your choice.
Add a shadow of choice.

Click on your next circle layer and go to selections select all float defloat and add a new layer.
Flood fill with another paper or color of your choice.
Add a shadow of choice.

Next click on the bracket and go to selections select all float defloat and add a new raster layer.
Again flood fill with another paper or color of choice.
Add a shadow of choice.

Add your clouds that are included in the kit or some of your own in the middle of the bracket.
I added them mulitple times to give it a more of a smog look.

Now open up your flower of choice and place one on each side of the bottom of the template.
Add a shadow of choice to each of the flowers and add some leaves as a new layer.
Add a shadow of choice.

Open up your castle and place this just above the middle bracket layer
Add a shadow of choice.

Place your tubes on your tag where desired.

Put some more flowers around the top edges of the bracket on each side and add a shadow of choice.
Place your butterflies where desired.
Add your text where desired on your tag and add your copyright.
Add animation if desired
Save your tag and you are done.
