Duplicate the heart 2 times and resize by about 40 percent.
Place a heart on each side of the large heart at the bottom.

Place a frame on each side of the heart rotating if desired and place them just below the small heart layers.
Using your magic wand tool click inside of the frames
and go to selections modify expand by 2 and add a new raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with a color of choice.
Keeping the marching ants around your frames place your tube inside of each frame.
Add a shadow of choice to each of the frames and tube layers.
