·Dancing in the Rain· |
This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of your choice Scrapkit by Ellen: called puddlestompers Mask No. 206 from http://www.weescotslass.co.uk/ Fonts of your choice: Bauhaus The scrapkit I used was called puddlestompers by Ellen. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open a new canvas 600 x 600, fill with white. Add a new layer fill with a paper or color of your choise and apply the mask. Open frame 2, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer. Open a paper of your choice, with your magic wand select the middle part of the frame, selection, Modify, Expand by 5, add a new layer, fill with the paper and move the layer down. Do not deselect. Open the cloud, with your Selection tool select just the rain is falling from the cloud, copy and paste as a New Image, back in your canvas add a new layer, and in your material palettes, In patterns looks for the rain, I put a size of 25 but you can look what is the best for you, and fill the layer, deselect. Open the puddle, resize and paste into your canvas as a new layer, move down the frame, add any other embellishments you would like to your tag, I used that cute tube that comes in the kit. Add shadows to your layers, your copyright and your name. Animation. Close all the layers in your canvas but the the layer that is with the rain, Copy Merged, open AS, and paste as a new image, Effects, Insert Image Effects, in the drop menu choose Posterize, with default settings and apply, you will have 21 frames, delete the first frame. Back to your canvas, close the rain, and open only the background, the mask, and the paper fill, Copy Merged, in AS paste as a new image, duplicate the frames to a total of 20, select all, Select all the frames for the rain animation you just did, and paste into selected frames in your canvas, make sure the rain is right to the top of the paper. Back to psp, close all your layers and open the ones that are at the top of the rain, all your embellishments, Copy Merged, in AS paste as a new image, duplicate the frames to a total of 20, select all, copy and paste into select frames in your canvas, making sure they all are at the top, just like you did in your psp. Save as a gift and you are done. |
