This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube(s) of choice I used artwork by Keith Garvey. To use this artwork please visit MPT Kit or supplies of choice, Scrapkit used is French Romance created by me Image can be found HERE Filter used in this Tutorial is Vanderlee snowflakes Font of choice The scrapkit I used was called French Romance created by me. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open up a white canvas 600x600 Open up your supplies and resize them to fit your needs. Open up your Blank journal tag and place this in the middle of your canvas. Open up your frame and place this in the middle of the journal tag. Using your selection tool draw a rectangle around the inside of the frame. Making sure you are on your tag layer hit delete on your keyboard. Open up your image and place this inside the frame. Add a shadow of choice to your frame. Open up your diamonds and place them on your frame where desired. Colorize them to fit your needs. Next open up your corset ribbon and place this on each side of your frame. Add a shadow of choice. Next open your flowers of choice and place them around the bottom of the tag on both the left and right side of the frame. Open up your other embelishments and place them where desired as well. Add a shadow of choice to each of your layers. Next open up your tube and place this where desired. After you have your tag the way you like it, use your rectangle selection tool and draw a rectangle around your image. Add a new layer and on this layer go to your snowflakes filter. Use the settings of your choice, I use the default settings and change the amount to 5. After you have done this go to blur/Motion blur angle 4 and strength 55. Go to layers merge visible layers. Copy and paste this into animation shop as a new animation. Next go back to psp and edit and undo your rain and go back and add more snow but change the random speed by 1 and follow the same steps above. Do this a total of 3 times. Once you have your tag the way you like it save it as a gif and you are done. |
