·Catch a Falling Star·

This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of your choice I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit HERE Scrapkit called Faeries Tranquility by Kristi A wordart of your choice Font - I used Will&Grace The scrapkit I used was called Faeries Tranquility by Kristi. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white. Open and resize the book, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer. With your selection tool set to freehand selection, draw a rectangle in the left page of the book, follow the light part of the page. Open and resize the scene that comes in the kit, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer move where the selection is, invert the selection and hit delete in your keyboard. Do not deselect. Invert the selection again, Selection, Modify, Select Selection Border, Both sides 2, deselect, and give to this border a Gaussian blur of 5. Do the same with the other page, just choose a different part of the scene. Decorate the scene with the tulips and the ribbons, also I put the starts and add any other embellishments of your choice. Open and resize your tube, and put it in the right page. Give a soft shadow. Write your quote, or look for a wordart that you like to use. Add a soft shadow to your elements. Add your name, and the copyright, save as a png and you are done.
