This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of your choice
I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit AMI
Scrapkit by Ellen: called ButterflyGarden
Some grass of your choice
Font of your choice I am using: ATHelindaRook

The scrapkit I used was called ButterflyGarden by Ellen. It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood with white.
Open a paper of your choice, I used the number10,
grab your ellipse, preset shape, with foreground set to the paper and width 20, background none,
make a big circle in the middle of your tag, convert to raster layer.
With your magic wand select the central part of your circle, Selection, Modify, Expand by 5,
add a new layer and move down, fill with another paper of your choice, and colorize to a nice sky color.
Duplicate this paper, Blur, Radios 10, add Noise, Uniform 25.

Back to your sky paper select layer, open and resize the Palace, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
add a new layer and add some grass here,
select the sky paper, invert the selection, back to your grass layer
and hit delete to get rid off the excess.

Open the rockygarden1, resize, copy, in your canvas select the shape and post as a new layer move to the down part of your tag.
Make a little selection here to the parts that are below the rockygarden,
and go to all your previous layers and hit delete, this will make the down part of the tag looks clean.

Now you add any other embellishments of your choice to your tag,
being a Butterfly Palace I added plenty of them.

Add your name and put at the top of the tag, give to each layer a shadow of your choice as well.

Add the copyright and save as a png, and you are done.
