This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of your choice I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott. To use this artwork please visit AMI Scrapkit by Kristi: The Bears and The Bees Beehive and presetshape Animation of choice Grass of choice Font of your choice I am using: Hairspray Blonde Please note: The bears are art of Trina Clark and permission has been granted in the use of them The bears in this kit have been used as they are with written permission from the creator. The scrapkit I used was called The Bears and The Bees by Kristi. It can be found HEREor HERE I used an animated bee from peachies collection. It can be found HERE The beehive was made for me, please don’t use in others tutorial without my permission, thanks My supplies can be downloaded HERE Ok let's get started... Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white. Open in psp the beehive supplied, and 2 papers of your choice. From your materials palette set to background, not foreground, select a paper of your choice, and look in your preset shape, the shape I supplied ( you should export in shapes if you don’t have it already), and draw a large shape in the middle of your canvas, convert to raster layer, Selection, Select all, Float and Modify, Contract by 25 add a new layer flood fill with the other paper of your choice deselect. Back to your first shape, duplicate this layer, on the original layer apply: Blur, Gaussian blur, Radios 15, Effects, Texture Effects, Tiles, apply the default settings. Grab your preset shape again, width 3, and this time select foreground, background transparent, make active the copy of your fist shape and draw a large rectangle, do not convert to raster layer, choose a font of your choice and write the words, Bee happy, or the words you like. Once you have finishes writing the words, on your layers click on the sign + and delete the shape, convert to raster layer. Post the beehive at the left side of your tag, and also open and resize the flowers and post in your tag, I also used the bear bee and some embellishments, the bees came with the Gorjuss tubes. Add any other embellishment of your choice and shadow to all your layers. For the grass, use a grass of your choice or you can draw yourself, used a nice green color and apply with the pain brush tool, make a line, and then using your smudge tool, smudge a little until you have a nice grass made for yourself. Don’t forget to add the copyright and your name. Animation : CopyMerge, open AS, and paste as a new image, duplicate frames until a total of 8, if you are using the same animation, and select all the frames, open the animation in AS, Select all, copy and paste in your canvas where you like the best. Save as a gif and you are done. |
