This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube(s) of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey. To use this artwork please visit MPT
Scrap kit used is Spring Fairy Mini created by me
Font of choice, I am using LD Oz

The scrapkit I used was called Spring Fairy Mini by Kristi.
It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open up a white canvas 600x600
Open your supplies and minimize them in your psp.

Using your eclipse preset shape, set your background color to null and foreground color to a paper or color of choice.
Set the thickness of your shape to around 30 and draw a large circle in the middle of your canvas.
Add a shadow of choice to your circle.
Using your magic wand tool click inside of your circle and go to selections modify expand by 2 and add a new layer.
Flood fill your new layer with a color of your choice. Place this layer below the circle layer.
Keep your marching ants inside of your circle and open up your tube and place this in the circle.
Erase any excess tube that is outside of your circle.
Lower the opacity of the tube to around 70.

Next open your leaves and place them around the top of the circle.
Decorate them with flowers and butterflies if desired.
Add a shadow to each of the elements.

Next change your shape to rectangle and change your fill to background color
Draw 3 thick rectangles and place these below your circle layer.

Now change your color to pattern and pick a paper of choice and draw another 3 rectangles on the top of the ones you created.
Leaving just a border of the bottom rectangles.
Add a shadow of choice.

Decorate your tag as you desire
Place your text and copyright on your tag where desired and you are done
