Ok let's get started...

Open a new canvas 600 x 600, flood fill with white.
Open 3 papers of your choice, on your canvas grab your selection tool,
set to Rounded Rectangle, and draw a large rectangle on the middle of your canvas,
add a new layer and fill with the paper of your choice, deselect.
Grab again your selection tool this time set to rectangle, and again draw a rectangle on the middle of the previous one,
and smaller, add a new layer and fill with another paper of your choice. Deselect.

At this point, open 2 of the doodles, resize,
copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer. Arrange as you wish.

Open the plate, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer, move to the left of your tag,
selection, select all, selection float, add a new layer and fill with a paper of your choice.
You can delete now the plate’s layer, we just need the one filled with the paper.

With your preset shape set to ellipse, and with foreground, width 50, background none,
and with a paper of your choice, draw a round shape in the middle of the plate.
Open the lace, resize, copy and paste into your canvas and post this at the top of the round shape you just made.
At this point post your tube right in the middle of the shape.

Open the border, resize, copy and paste into your canvas as a new layer,
move to the down part of the first rectangle, arrange layers, sent to bottom,
but up to the background, duplicate and flip,
duplicate again rotate 90 degrees, move to the left,
duplicate and mirror, delete the unwanted parts.

Add any other embellishments of your choice, add the ribbon and a soft shadow to all your layers.

Add your name and your copyright. Save as png and you are done.
