Ok let's get started...

Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white.
Add a new layer and fill with a paper of your choice,
apply the mask, change the blend mode to difference,
add a new layer and fill again with another paper of your choice, change the blend mode to Saturation.

Add a new layer and put here and there some small stars I also used,
from the kit Homeholiday from Kristi, the gems that came in the kit, and some sparkles.

Open the clouds 2, resize, copy and paste into your canvas,
move to the down left part of your mask, duplicate and move to the right top part.

Open and resize the wings2, copy and paste into your canvas, rotate 15 degrees left.
Open and resize the window, rotate to 90 degrees left and then, 15 degrees left,
move a little to the top of the wings,
with your selection tool set to Freehand, go around the window, add a new layer move down, and fill with a paper of your choice,
change the blend mode to difference, deselect, decorate your window as you wish.

Back to your window, open, resize and post the tube,
add the rose swag to the top of the window and any others embellishments of your choice.

Add your copyright, your name, and save as a png, and you are done.
