This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube(s) of choice I used artwork by Ismael Rac. To use this artwork please visit My Psp Tubes Scrapkit used is Independence day created by Cathy Cher Template is by Melissa which you can get at her blog www.melissazcreationz.blogspot.com Font of choice The scrapkit I used was called American Babe created by Cathy. It can be found HERE or HERE Ok let's get started... Open up your template and remove the copyright layer. Click on the inside circle layer and go to selections select all float-defloat. Add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a paper or color of choice. Remove the circle on the template. Click on the border of the circle and go to selections-select all float-defloat add a new raster layer and flood fill this as well. Remove the border layer. Click inside of the heart with your magic wand tool and place your bling lines in the heart as desired. Place your tube where you like it as well. Click on the frame layers and follow the steps as you did above. Add your tube into the frames and place your tube in the middle of the tag. Decorate your tag with the embelishments of your choice and add your text. Save your tag and you are done. Thanks for trying my tutorial.
