Shape 1 Select all and float and then defloat
open Paper 7 and resize to fit then invert and hit delete.
and go back to shape 1 and delete as well
do that for all layers as we do down thru them.
Add drop shadow 2-2-5- 10 to all layers

Shape 2 Select paper 4 and repeat as before

Shape 4 drop shadow 2 -2 -70 -10 and to the copy of 4

make sure it one that will kind hang over like mine does
see tag duplicate then invert go the bottom and click delete
now back to the top copy drop shadow 2-2-5-5 and then take your eraser and remove what not needed see tag above its easy.

Open Streamer 6 and resize 4 times by 50 percent and mirror image; see tag placement

Open Glitter 3 and resize to fit behind tag
Open Star Confetti and resize to fit, place behind glitter

Open 2009 and Open the Tophat 2 resize by 50 and the by 75 twice and rotate to the left by 20 degrees
Open the Glass 2 and resize to fit see tag for placement

Now add your Water Marks

Ok ready to animate

Highlight 2009 go to Eye Candy 5 Textures Noise
I just used snowfall default settings and hit random
then copy merged paste into animation
now back to psp undo and do the samething again but hit the random button again and copy merge and and paste after next frame
do the same thing again till you have 3 frames
