The scrapkit I used was called lil bit by me.

Ok let's get started...

Open up a white canvas 600x600

Next open up your pockets and resize them to fit your needs.
Place one of the pockets at the top area of your canvas and rotate to the left by around 20.
Open your next pocket making this one slightly smaller and place this
at the bottom area of your canvas and rotate this to the right by about 20.
The bottom of the top pocket should be touching the top corner of the opposite pocket.

After you have done this open up your frame of choice
and place this directly in the middle of the pockets placing this as your top layer.
Go to selections modify and expand by 2 and add a new layer.
Flood fill this layer with a background paper or color of your choice.
Place this layer just below your frame layer.

Keeping your marching ants selected around the frame open up your tube of choice and place this below your frame layer.
Add a shadow of choice to the tube.

Next select none and add a drop shadow to your frame layer.
After we have done this open up the smaller square frame and place this at the bottom right corner of your larger frame.
Go to selections modify expand by 2 and again flood fill this with a color or paper of your choice.
Again keeping your marching ants around your frame place another tube of choice just below the frame layer.
Add a shadow of choice to the tube.

Duplicate the frame layer and rotate this to the right by about 5
and place this frame layer below your background layer that is in the smaller frame.
Add a shadow of choice to the frame.

Open up your leaves and place them below your pocket layers to make them look like they are comming out of the pockets.
Place your little roses on the leaves where desired.
Add a shadow of choice to both the leaves and the pockets.

Place your other elements around the tag where you like them.
Be sure to add a drop shadow to each element.

After you have done this open up your scallop shape and go to selections select all and add a new layer
and flood fill this layer with a color or pattern of choice.
Place the scalloped layer just below your pocket layer.
Have it sticking out half way behind the pocket.

On the scallop layer click inside of the opening with the magic wand.
Go to selections modify expand by 2 and flood fill the opening with another color or paper of choice.
Add a shadow of choice to the scallop.

Once you have your tag the way you like it add your font or alpha as your name
and dont forget to add your proper credits to the artist.
Merge your layers and save as a png
