This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube(s) of choice
Tube of choice I used the artwork of Amanda Fontaine you can find her work at artisticmindsinc.com
Kit or supplies of choice, Scrapkit used is Cupcakes and fairies by Kristi
Template 165 by missy can be found HERE
Mask of choice
Muera Meister copies
Xero Porcelain
VM Natural-Sparkle
Font of choice

The scrapkit I used was called Cupcakes and fairies by Kristi.
It can be found HERE or HERE

Ok let's get started...

Open a canvas of 600x600 flood filling with a paper of our choice, add the mask.

Open gem of choice, resizing to liking. Using your Muera Meister copies plug in,
use the encircle preset and adjust your settings until you get a fairly large ring of gems.

Next copy and paste the template onto the working canvas.
Selecting the first rectangle, selections>float>defloat.
Add a raster layer, flood fill with your choice of paper. Selections>none.
Delete the template layer. Repeat this for the remainder of the template.

With the frame layer selected, use your magic wand and select inside of the frame, selections>modify>expand by 7.
Add another raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper.
Move this layer below the frame layer.

Open the sparkle of choice, resizing , copy and paste below the frame layer,
adjusting as needed to make sure it fits with in the frame.

Open the flower border, resizing as needed.
Copy and paste as new layer and place at the top of the frame.
Duplicate, image>flip and adjust as needed.

Open the toadstools resizing and copy and paste into canvas,
adjusting and maneuvering as needed at an angle.
Add a cupcake of your choosing and paste as new layer above the toadstools.

Duplicate the toadstools and the cupcake one time.
Move all three layers down below the frame layer,
making sure the cupcake is still above the toadstools.
Activate one of the toadstool layers above the frame layer.
Use your eraser tool to erase the parts where the bottom of the frame should show (look at my tag for example.)
erase the parts you don’t want to show.
Do the same for the other toadstool and cupcake.
Also do this on the duplicated layers to remove any that shouldn’t be showing below the frame.

Open another cupcake, resize and place on either side of the frame.

Add tube of choice, placement is up to you.
I used the plug in porcelain on the tube to give her a different softer look.

Add text as needed.

Merge visible, add a raster layer, flood filling with white.

Duplicate your merged tag three times.
On the first layer, go to plug ins>VM Natural> sparkle and use the random sparkle.
Repeat this on the second and third layers,
each time using a random setting for sparkle.

Close off the top two layers, edit>copy merged.
Go to animation shop and go to edit, paste as new frame.
Go back to PSP, Hide the layer you just used, opening the second one, and edit>copy merged.
Go back to your animation and edit>paste after current frame.
Repeat this for the third and final layer.

Animate to make sure you have it looking the way you like it and then save as a .gif.

Animation is optional on this tag.
